This is a subject that isn't often talked about or addressed, mainly because its not commonly known about, nor are the reasons why an individual and often civilian person can be targeted.
Essentially, it goes without saying that there are people who have been through this/ going through this and are living with it alone due to a lack of understanding or knowledge about it from others.
